- Cancellations Less than 48 hours and in case of No Show, 100% of the rate charged is applicable.
- For cancellations Less than 14 days, 50 % of the rate charged is applicable.
- Cancellations More than 15 days prior to arrival – No Charge
- Cancellations are to be made in writing to info@issamtours.co.tz, including your booking ID.
